One of my absolute favorite arrondissements in Paris is Montmartre, of course, being the charming place it is. For me, it has everything a neighborhood should have: art, interesting people, a good Café, amazing architecture and amazing sights! Whenever I'm there I just feel inspired by everything that surrounds me and, if you've ever been there, I'm sure you know what I'm talking about.
Things like Basilique du Sacré-Cœur , the Cafe des 2 Moulins, the Moulin Rouge and one of the most amazing views of Paris, make Montmartre one of the places in the world you can't miss and you certainly wouldn't want to.
