This baking batch is as much for the eyes as it is for the palate as these cupcakes are -literally- filled with color, of course I'm talking about Rainbow Cupcakes.
The process to make them is exactly the same as with the regular cupcakes, except it is a bit more elaborated, as you have to color 7 small amounts of the dough one by one and then mix it all together, but with a little patience and creativity, the results will be quite cool.
