More and more people are doing their best trying to eat healthy these days, however, that's not always so simple or even worse, not so good and/tasty...or so many people think! Here's an idea of something that would make a good mid-day snack or an entree, or even a nice breakfast: Celery canoes filled with Tuna salad.
As always, you can use a bit of dressing to make it more interesting and tasty.
