...And, to continue on the making the best outta my -tiny- mistake with the flours, we bring to you: Whole grain cupcakes!! Oh yes, this is a -quite surprisingly- really good one, especially when freshly baked.
Plus, the purple cupcake liners give it a nice touch. You can make them simple (just whole grain) or you can add different little hints of flavor such as bacon, ham, pretty much anything you like really. And you can put a cream cheese icing/topping and, in this case, we added a bit of Chipotle sauce to make it all more interesting. If you try them, you're gonna love them!!
